Welcome Message
President Michael Anthony
As we step into a new year; I want to take a moment to reflect with gratitude. Having now completed my first six months serving in this role. I am deeply thankful for the encouragement, trust, and support shown by our community. Every conversation, collaboration, and shared vision has reaffirmed what makes Turn It Up Productions Inc. truly special, our people and our purpose.
Over the past several months, we've made meaningful strides across our core initiatives. The progress we're seeing is a direct result of the dedication, creativity, and commitment of our teams and partners who continue to show up with excellence and heart. As we look ahead, I'm genuinely excited about what's to come. Together, we are building strong momentum, and I'm confident that 2026 will be a year of continued growth, impact, and inspiration.

Entrepreneurship empowers young people to turn ideas into opportunities while developing valuable skills for the future. Through entrepreneurship, students learn creativity, problem-solving, financial responsibility, communication, leadership, and decision-making. It encourages them to think independently, take initiative, overcome challenges, and build confidence. Most importantly, entrepreneurship helps youth understand how they can create opportunities for themselves and make a positive impact in their communities. ​​

Young people can create business ideas by looking at problems they see in everyday life and thinking of ways to solve them. They can start by identifying their interests, talents, and skills, then asking questions such as: What do people need? What could I make easier, better, or more enjoyable? From there, they can brainstorm ideas, talk to potential customers, research similar businesses, and test a simple version of their idea. This process teaches youth creativity, problem-solving, communication, financial literacy, leadership, and confidence while helping them discover opportunities to turn their passions into real businesses.

We are excited to announce that Turn It Up Productions Inc. is now officially recognized as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
This important milestone means that all eligible donations are now tax-deductible and will directly support our mission of serving and empowering our communities.
We are deeply grateful for everyone that has supported this journey and invite you to join us as we continue to grow our impact in the communities we serve.
CORPORATE ANNOUNCEMENTS
Turn It Up Productions Inc. is proud to celebrate two major milestones. After incorporating in July 2025, we officially received our 501(c)(3) nonprofit status in April 2026, strengthening our ability to serve and invest in our community.
We launched the pilot phase of our Mentorship Program during the Summer 2026 camp season. It ran throughout July and August, and represented an important step in our commitment to investing in the next generation by creating pathways for personal growth, academic success, and community leadership.
We thank our supporters, volunteers, and partners for helping to make these achievements possible. Together, we are turning vision into impact and creating opportunities that make a lasting impact.

At Success Go Get It Mentorship, our mission is to educate and empower youth, at-risk youth, young adults, and adults to reach their full potential. We focus on building strong character, strengthening life skills, and supporting social development to help individuals grow into confident leaders and professionals.
​
Through mentorship, guidance, access to resources, and meaningful networks, we help participants advance their careers and personal goals. Our programs are led by experienced industry professionals who provide customized mentorship tailored to everyone's aspirations.
​
Success Go Get It Mentorship is committed to creating a lasting, positive impact by equipping individuals with the skills, confidence, and support needed to thrive and contribute meaningfully to their communities and society.
Mission Statement
Building Successful Youth for a Stronger Future
Success does not happen by accident especially for young people navigating the critical years between childhood and adolescence. During this important stage of development, youth are discovering who they are, building confidence, developing communication and leadership skills, and learning how to navigate the world around them.

The right guidance, encouragement, and support can make all the difference. Positive mentors provide young people with a safe environment to express themselves, recognize their strengths, overcome challenges, and develop the skills needed to make responsible decisions. Through meaningful relationships, real-world learning experiences, and opportunities to lead, youth can gain the confidence and direction necessary to reach their full potential.

Jorden Stroud
My name is Jorden, and I am a student in the Success Go Get It Mentorship Program. I am very proud of graduating from middle school and see it as an important step toward achieving my future goals. In the mentorship program, I hope to strengthen my communication skills through Team Building and learn how to step outside my comfort zone. I want to become more confident, engaged, and comfortable connecting with others. I am mostly interested in giving back through community service and look forward to exploring different opportunities to discover an area that I am passionate about to help others.

The Success Go Get It Mentorship Program is committed to recognizing and celebrating the accomplishments of every student who successfully completes the program. Participants who fulfill the program requirements will receive a Certificate of Completion as a meaningful acknowledgement of their dedication, growth, and newly developed skills. As the program continues to grow, our long-term goal is to establish an annual graduation ceremony where students, families, mentors, and community partners can come together to celebrate their achievements and the next steps in their educational and career journeys.

The Youth Ambassadors Program connects students in grades 7 and 8 with high school mentors to build meaningful relationships, strengthen leadership skills, and inspire the next generation of community leaders. Through collaboration and service, participants gain the confidence and tools needed to make a lasting difference in their communities.

Turn It Up Live is a multimedia podcast platform committed to strengthening communities through storytelling, civic engagement, and cultural expression.
Our mission is to promote community, unity and personal responsibility by creating safe creative spaces for dialogue around issues that matter, mental health, education, family leadership, and equity.
We amplify underrepresented voices, foster intergenerational understanding, and encourage individuals to become agents of change in their lives and neighborhoods.

The official launch of TIUL Youth Podcast Media and Mentorship Initiative
Turn It Up Live Podcast Media Mentorship Initiative mission is designed to empower young people by providing them with access to learning equipment, hands-on training, and practical media knowledge. We create a supportive space where youth can build confidence, develop creative and technical skills, share their voices, tell meaningful stories, and inspire positive change in their communities.

Wayne A. Solomon is a broadcasting, music, audio engineering, and media professional with extensive experience in radio, television, recording, podcasting, and voiceovers. His career includes work with WBNY 91.3FM, WUFO 1080 AM, WIGO 1570 AM, 102 JAMZ, WUTV Ch.29/WNYO Ch.49, and the City of Buffalo.
A classically trained drummer and pianist, Wayne is a certified audio engineer, music producer, voiceover artist, and sportscaster. His diverse background in music and media reflects a lifelong passion for broadcasting, storytelling, technology, and creative production. Through his multifaceted experience, Wayne brings technical expertise, artistic creativity, and a strong commitment to connecting with audiences through sound, music, and media.

In this issue, we recognize Shanice Anderson for her contributions, dedication, and ongoing support of the Turn It Up Live platform. As Co-Host of Community Voices, she has been locked in from day one in making sure this podcast reaches its goals.

As Director of Youth Services at Restoration Society, Shanice leads Clubhouse Buffalo, empowering young people through prevention, life skills, self-awareness, and positive choices. As CEO of Let Me Live Inc. she champions individuals experiencing homelessness, encourages, recovery, supports healing, and helps people rebuild their confidence.

Turn It Up Productions is committed to supporting, engaging, and giving back to the diverse communities we serve, including Urban, Latino, Asisan, Caucasian, and other communities throughtout Buffalo and Western New York. We believe meaningful community impact begins with listening, building trust, and working alongside the people and organizations that understand their communities best.

Throughout the year, Turn It Up Productions will actively participate in community initiatives by volunteering our time, supporting fundraising efforts, promoting local events, developing partnerships, and using our platforms to bring greater awareness to programs, resources, and issues that matter to local families. Through youth and adult programming, mentorship, leadership development,

community engagement, and collaborative events, we strive to
create opportunities that strengthen connections and encourage people to become active participants in the growth of their communities.
To help ensure that our outreach is inclusive and responsive, Turn It Up Productions Inc. has designated Community Engagement Leads who serve as bridges between our organization and the communities we support. These representatives listen to community voices, identify emerging needs, build relationships with residents, businesses, schools, nonprofits, faith-based organizations, and other community partners, and bring valuable information back to our organization.

​
Their insight helps guide our programs, partnerships, outreach, and community investments so that our efforts are based on genuine needs rather than assumptions. By maintaining an ongoing presence within the community, we can develop stronger relationships, encourage collaboration, celebrate cultural diversity, and connect individuals and families with meaningful opportunities and resources.
​
Our goal is not simply to participate in community events, but to build long-term relationships and become a trusted community partner. Through service, collaboration, advocacy, and consistent engagement, Turn It Up Productions Inc. is committed to helping create stronger communities where youth, adults, families, and local organizations have opportunities to
connect, grow, lead, and thrive.
