THE QUARTERLY TURN IT UP NEWSLETTER

THE PRESIDENT'S CORNER
Welcome Message
President Michael Anthony
As we step into a new year; I want to take a moment to reflect with gratitude. Having now completed my first six months serving in this role. I am deeply thankful for the encouragement, trust, and support shown by our community. Every conversation, collaboration, and shared vision has reaffirmed what makes Turn It Up Productions Inc. truly special, our people and our purpose.
Over the past several months, we've made meaningful strides across our core initiatives. The progress we're seeing is a direct result of the dedication, creativity, and commitment of our teams and partners who continue to show up with excellence and heart. As we look ahead, I'm genuinely excited about what's to come. Together, we are building strong momentum, and I'm confident that 2026 will be a year of continued growth, impact, and inspiration.

Thank you for being a part of this journey.

Maya avoided challenges whenever she could. In school, she rarely raised her hand, even when she knew the answer. She worried about making mistakes and believed that confident people were simply born that way. One afternoon, while walking through a park, Maya noticed a small wooden bridge crossing a stream. A sign beside it read: "Cross one step at a time".

The message stayed with her. She realized that every confident person she admired had probably started with a first step too. The next day, Maya set a tiny goal: answer one question in class. Her voice shook, but she did it. Nothing terrible happened. In fact, her teacher thanked her for participating.

A week later, she volunteered to lead a group discussion. It felt uncomfortable, but she remembered the bridge and kept moving forward. Each small success became another brick beneath her feet. Months pass, Maya was speaking up more often, trying new activities and worrying less about perfection. She discovered that confidence wasn't something you found-it was something you built through action.

FEATURED ARTICLE:
Building Successful Youth for a Stronger Future

Page 11
Success doesn't happen by accident-especially for young people navigating the critical years of growth between childhood and adolescence. During this stage, youth are forming identities, developing confidence, and learning how to interact with the world around them. The right guidance can make all th difference.
What Does "Successful Youth" Really Mean?
Success isn't just about grades or achievements. A successful young person demonstrates:
-
Confidence in their abilities
-
Strong communication and social skills
-
Emotional awareness and resilience
-
Leadership and teamwork capabilities
-
A commitment to personal growth
True success is holistic, especially for today’s youth and young adults. It goes far beyond grades, followers, or quick wins; it nurtures the mind through curiosity and continuous learning, strengthens the body through intentional self-care in a fast-paced world, and builds character through integrity, resilience, and a strong sense of purpose. In a generation navigating constant change and pressure, this balanced approach lays the foundation not just for achievement, but for lasting impact and a meaningful life.
